But last year, I took a big step and expanded my team, bringing in the right people to help me better serve my real estate clients. Having a support system in place allowed me to level up my service, provide more attention to each client, and create smoother experiences from start to finish.
I’ve always been a full-service realtor, but now I’m even more than that. Every listing, whether it’s a $100,000 starter home or a multi-million-dollar home, gets the same level of care and attention. I approach each transaction with dedication, creativity, and energy, and I truly believe this is revolutionizing real estate service in our area.

My approach goes far beyond the basics. I make sure every property listing has all the information a buyer could possibly want, like boundary lines on drone photos that show the full scope of the property. I stay on top of litigation news, contract updates, and market changes so that I can negotiate for my clients in the smartest way possible. I know what buyers want to see and hear, and I make sure that every piece of marketing reflects that.
Even the little things matter—being accessible at all times, providing answers quickly, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, so my clients never lose out on a showing opportunity or home. I dig into data, pull surveys, and find information that often saves my sellers and buyers money, filling the gaps that other realtors sometimes miss. The real estate market in 2024 had its challenges. Interest rates rose, timelines lengthened, and it wasn’t always easy for buyers and sellers to achieve their goals. But those challenges pushed me to think creatively and find ways to help my clients succeed even in a slower market. I reworked strategies, implemented new systems, and stayed one step ahead so clients could feel confident every step of the way.
