Born in Paris, Texas and brought up on a ranch in Cuthand, TX, I am very pleased to be serving home buyers and sellers in the areas that I know so well. My team and I are market experts in Paris and surrounding, including Lamar, Delta, Fannin, Red River, Titus and Dallas Counties.

Intuitive to the needs of others and a strong negotiator, representing the best interests of home buyers and sellers comes naturally to me. Being a native Texan and licensed Realtor® with eighteen years of experience, my aim is to always give more than what is expected. Adding ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations to my resume only enhances the expertise and specialized knowledge I employ for each client’s benefit. 

Experienced in the staging of homes, my marketing plan for selling a home is broad and proven. My understanding of the mortgage process allows me to advise clients when working with their lender. I am also well-verse in the areas of rehab and new construction; happily giving assistance to clients purchasing fixer uppers, or advising my clients that are work with a builder.  

Serving on the Main Street Advisory Board and the Historic Preservation Committee, being in touch with my local community is close to my heart, and critical to being the best REALTOR® possible. My vendor referral list is packed with reputable resources.

Life on a ranch taught me to always remain focused, hard-working, and committed to bringing each task to a completion.
